This picture illustrates how people measure in different ways. The ruler shows 8 in. But it does not seem to begin at the pubo-penile junction and is rather pushed in. Most of the pubic hair is not on the penis but is on the abdomen. Someone else measuring this penis might have gotten nearer 6 in.
